This work was not available for purchase in shops, but through the collection of coupons from The Passing Show, a weekly magazine by Odhams. - The stories included are: The Hound of Death The Red Signal The Fourth Man The Gypsy The Lamp Wireless The Witness for the Prosecution The Mystery of the Blue Jar The Strange Case of Sir Arthur Carmichael The Call of Wings The Last Seance SOS. Containing the first appearance of Witness for the Prosecution which later became a successful stage-play. - Written by Agatha Christie, Lady Mallowan, an English writer known for her detective novels and short story collections, particularly those featuring fictional detectives Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple. 
 - CONDITION - In the original full cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing to the extremities and the odd mark to the boards. Light fading to the spine and board edges. Internally, firmly bound.
