- Sperry Gyro-Compass Repeater with Patina
This WWII-era Sperry Gyro-Compass Repeater (Model Mark XV, MOD.O) was built by the Sperry Gyroscope Company and dates back to a patented 1919 design. Only around 50,000 of these were made, many used by Allied forces.
Made of heavy brass and bronze, it includes its original wiring and features an 8-inch gimbaled compass dial marked in 0-360 degrees with block-style cardinal points. The perimeter is etched with maker details and model markings.
Sold as-is without a stand—great for maritime collectors, historians, or museum displays.
