Return Policy

Any parts returned under warranty will not be exchanged/refunded if found to be tampered with or stripped. If a part is reported to be faulty or broken, we will only give a refund or replacement once we have received the old unit back and tested it.

Items incorrectly ordered or no longer required will subjectto a 20% surcharge; also the buyer will be responsible forall the shipping costs .In the rare occasion if we have sent an incorrect item or if there is an error in our listing the buyer needs to contact us immediately to resolve this issue.

Our couriers do not deliver on a Saturday as part of their next day service (Saturday delivery is possible at additional cost to the buyer), if eBay shows this as the expected delivery date, this will be with you the following Monday.

All our goods listed are in stock and ready for dispatch. We use DPD and Pallet delivery companies, we will take care packaging your item to reduce the risk of damage in transit.
